Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MoTaste online ordering system and the purchase of food
and beverages from MoTaste Restaurant ("MoTaste", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Orders
- An order is considered placed once the system issues you an order number and the payment confirmation
screen appears.
- Orders left unconfirmed in the pending state may be automatically expired by the system after 10 minutes.
- Prices shown at checkout follow our current menu; if a price or item is unavailable or mispriced, we will
contact you to confirm or cancel before preparation.
2. Payment
- Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout (Cash, and Cash On Delivery where available).
- We never ask for card numbers, CVV, or online banking credentials through this website.
3. Delivery (SakayKo rider pick-up)
- Delivery orders require a complete address and a reachable mobile number. Re-delivery due to an
unreachable customer may incur additional cost.
- Delivery estimates are estimates only; preparation time may vary with order volume.
4. Cancellation and refunds
- Orders can be cancelled only before preparation starts. Contact us as soon as possible with your order
number.
- Once preparation has started, the order cannot be cancelled. Refunds (if any) for validated complaints
are issued through the store and recorded against the order.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not submit false orders, another person's contact details, or content intended to disrupt the service.
- Automated ordering, scraping, or attempts to bypass rate limits or security controls are prohibited.
- Staff accounts are personal; sharing credentials is prohibited and access may be revoked.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — branding, menu descriptions, images, and code — belongs to MoTaste and may not be
reproduced without permission.
7. Privacy
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Notice, which explains what we
collect and your rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoTaste is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising
from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version; continued use
of the ordering system after changes means you accept the updated terms.
